Cancellation and Return Policy
For In-store Purchases:
- We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products, with or without proof of purchase.
- There is a 10% restocking fee to cover credit card charges and other related fees.
For Deliveries, Pick-ups and Invoice Orders:
- We offer 100% in-store credit on returned items, with a 10% restocking fee applied to the total amount.
- Pick-up for returns is not offered, returned items must be delivered by the customer to the store.
For Online Orders:
- If the item has not been shipped, you will be refunded 100% of the item price and 50% of the shipping cost
- If the item has been shipped, we will refund any items shipped back to the store, but will not refund any part of the shipping fees.
This policy is effective as of July 26, 2021. This policy applies to all current and past purchases, whether virtual or in-store. Please contact the store directly Monday-Saturday 9-5 MST with any questions.
